Appeal Following Vehicle Break-Ins in Pakefield Road Lowestoft

Officers are appealing for help, and information following reports that two vehicles in Pakefield Road had been entered overnight.

Sometime between 8pm on Monday 31 August and 6am on Tuesday 1 September, an unknown individual gained entry to a car and carried out an untidy search of the vehicle, including the glovebox. Items were left scattered across the seats, although nothing was reported stolen.

A second vehicle at the same location was also targeted. Entry was gained after the rear passenger-side window was forced down. Wiring within the vehicle was damaged in what is believed to have been an attempt to start the car.

Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area during the relevant time period, or who has CCTV, doorbell camera, or dashcam footage that may assist enquiries, is asked to contact police quoting crime reference 37/51785/26 via -
